Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at 📧 sales@alphaspaints.com or 📞 (980) 273-9538. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including opened or used paint cans, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and items without original packaging or labels. We also cannot accept returns on clearance or final sale items.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
